On a wedding day, transport is where the most time gets lost. Guests arrive in separate cars, someone cannot find the address, someone is looking for parking, and the ceremony waits for everyone. In the evening there is another question: how will the guests get home after the celebration?

Hiring a wedding bus solves this. One or several buses pick your guests up from an agreed place, bring them to the wedding hall at the same time and take them back after the celebration. You do not have to think about the guests — they are on time and together.

How wedding-day transport is planned

Before the wedding we agree the route and times together:

• where the guests gather — one address or several stops
• departure time from the bride's or the groom's home
• arrival time at the wedding hall
• the return after the celebration — to one or several destinations

On the wedding day the driver works to the schedule and is ready at the agreed time. If some guests want to leave early, two runs can be planned — for example an earlier return for older guests.

A wedding in the regions

If the wedding is held in a region, we take your guests from Baku there and bring them back — for example to Guba, Gabala or Sheki. The trip starts from an address in Baku.

In that case the price depends on the distance and the duration; if the route and price are agreed in advance, there is no extra payment on the way. If the wedding ends late and the return is the next day, the driver's accommodation and meals are covered by the customer.

Which bus fits

Choosing by the number of guests:

• up to 8 people — Mercedes-Benz Vito: for the couple's families or close relatives
• 13–20 people — Toyota Hiace and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
• 28–36 people — Isuzu Novo Ultra and Temsa
• 46–56 people — Mercedes-Benz 403, Scania Higer A80, Mercedes-Benz Travego, Setra 417 HDH

If you have more than 56 guests, several buses run on the same schedule. Hiring two buses is often more convenient than one bus making two runs — all the guests arrive at the same time.

Everything is agreed in advance so there are no unexpected costs on the wedding day. Payment is by cash or bank transfer.

When to book

In wedding season, especially at weekends, buses get booked quickly. We recommend sending a request as soon as your date is set. The booking is secured with a deposit and the bus is reserved for you on that day; if it is cancelled, the deposit is not refunded.

Frequently asked questions

Does the bus wait during the celebration? The waiting time and return time are agreed at booking and included in the price.

Can we also book for an engagement or a henna night? Yes. There is no minimum period — you can hire a bus even for a ceremony of a few hours.

Can guests be picked up from several addresses? Yes, the stops are agreed in advance. All of them must be within Baku.
