Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of the Avtobus.az website and to requests sent through it.

A request is not a contract: a request sent through the site is an enquiry for an offer and does not by itself create a rental agreement. It has to be confirmed by us.

Price: the price is calculated from the route, date, hours and group size. It may change until it is confirmed; if the conditions change (route, duration, number of passengers), the price is recalculated.

Registering a booking: a booking is registered only after a deposit is paid. Until then, the date and the vehicle are not considered reserved.

Cancellation: if a booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is not refunded. The deposit amount and the terms for the remaining payment are stated when the booking is confirmed: the deposit is normally 30% of the total, and the timing of the remaining payment is agreed separately for each booking.

Included in the price: driver service and fuel are included. If a trip does not finish within the day and the driver needs an overnight stay, those costs are covered by the customer.

Customer obligations: provide accurate information about the route, pickup point and timings, and use the vehicle properly. Damage caused by passengers is covered by the customer.

Photos: images on the site are illustrative; the vehicle provided may differ in model and colour. The specific vehicle is agreed when the booking is confirmed.

Force majeure: road closures, weather and other circumstances beyond our control may change the route or timings; in such cases an alternative is agreed together.
