Corporate and employee transportation

Corporate transportation is not a one-off job. Employees need to reach work at the same time every day, nobody should be left on the road when shifts change, and on the day of an event guests should not be waiting for each other. Avtobus.az has been doing this work in Baku for 21 years: employee shuttles, factory shift transport, and bus rental with a driver for conferences and corporate events.

A booking can be one-off or regular. A one-day training may need a single minibus; a company may need several buses carrying hundreds of employees every morning all year round. Either way, the price is agreed in advance, and the driver and fuel are included.

Regular employee shuttle

For daily, recurring transport we sign a monthly agreement. Before the service starts, the route, stops and times are set together: where employees gather, which streets the bus takes, what time it leaves in the morning and what time it returns in the evening.

A regular shuttle is run by the same driver. It sounds like a small detail, but in daily transport it changes a lot: the driver knows the route and the stops, and the employees know the driver. It becomes easy to know when someone is running late or not coming that day.

The agreement can be daily, weekly or monthly. When headcount changes — for example with seasonal work — the size of the bus can change too.

Factory and shift transport

For teams working in shifts we build a separate schedule. Runs are arranged to match morning, afternoon and night shifts, and stops between the industrial zone and residential areas are agreed in advance.

The night shift matters most: runs are planned ahead so employees get home on time during hours when public transport is not running. Once the schedule is set, it works the same way every day.

Conferences, trainings and corporate events

We also take bookings for one-off events:

• meeting guests at the airport and taking them to their hotel
• transport between the hotel and the conference or event venue
• team trips out of the city — Gabala, Guba, Shamakhi and other regions
• taking guests home or back to the hotel after a corporate dinner

Which bus fits

Our fleet ranges from 8 to 56 seats. For executives or VIP guests there is the 8-seat Mercedes-Benz Vito; for small teams the 13-seat Toyota Hiace and the 20-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Mid-size groups are well served by the 28-seat Isuzu Novo Ultra and the 36-seat Temsa. For large teams there are 46–56-seat coaches: Mercedes-Benz 403, Scania Higer A80, Mercedes-Benz Travego and Setra 417 HDH.

If your headcount does not fit into one bus, several buses can run the same route, or separate routes can be set up for different residential areas.

What the price includes

• the driver
• fuel — there is no separate fuel charge
• all runs on the agreed route

Payment is by cash or bank transfer. For long-term cooperation the price is agreed separately, based on the number of runs, the distance and the size of the bus.

• Once agreed, the booking is secured with a deposit and the bus is reserved for you.

Trips start from addresses within Baku. For trips that require an overnight stay, the driver's accommodation and meals are covered by the customer; there are no extra costs for trips that finish the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum rental period? No. You can hire a bus for an event lasting a few hours or for a regular service running for months. For long-term agreements the price is calculated separately.

Does the driver change every day? On a regular shuttle the same driver works. A driver who knows the route, the stops and the times makes daily transport more reliable.

What if our schedule changes? When working hours, shifts or stops change, let us know in advance and the schedule is rebuilt. If headcount goes up or down, the bus size can change as well.

Can we book a corporate trip outside Baku? Yes. The trip starts from an address in Baku and can go to any region. If the route and price are agreed in advance, there is no extra payment on the way.
