This page explains what information the Avtobus.az website collects and how it is used.

What we collect: the name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, travel dates and any notes you enter in the request form. Technically, your IP address and general browser information may also be recorded.

Why we use it: this information is used only to process your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it. It is not used for any other purpose.

Sharing: your data is not sold to third parties and is not passed on for advertising. Google Analytics is used for site statistics — it collects anonymous, aggregated data.

Cookies: the site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, plus analytics cookies that measure visits. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly.

Retention: request data is kept for 2 years and is deleted afterwards.

Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to info@avtobus.az and, once the request is verified, the data is deleted.

Changes: this text may be updated, and the current version is always published on this page.
