Intercity bus rental

If your group needs to travel from Baku to a region — for a wedding, a funeral, an excursion, a sports event or a business trip — the easiest way is to hire a whole bus. The group leaves from one place at one time, nobody gets separated on the way, and the return trip works the same way.

Avtobus.az offers intercity bus and minibus rental with a driver: from Baku to every region of Azerbaijan, one way or return.

We do not sell tickets — the bus is hired as a whole

This is an important difference: we do not run scheduled services and we do not sell individual tickets. The bus is reserved for your group, and you decide the route and the time. If you are looking for the timetable of daily buses from the bus station, that is not a service we offer.

For a group, the advantage is significant: the bus picks you up at your address, leaves at the time you choose and takes you straight to where you need to go.

How the price is calculated

For an intercity trip, the price depends on the distance, the length of the trip and the size of the bus. A one-way trip, a same-day return and a trip of several days are priced differently — tell us which one you need.

If the route and price are agreed in advance, there is no extra payment: fuel is on us, the driver is included, and there are no unexpected costs on the way.

If the trip lasts more than one day, the driver's accommodation and meals are covered by the customer. Trips that finish the same day have no such costs.

Which bus fits

Coaches are used for long distances: spacious seats, air conditioning and a luggage compartment. For large groups there are the 56-seat Setra 417 HDH, the 55-seat Mercedes-Benz Travego, the 48-seat Scania Higer A80 and the 46-seat Mercedes-Benz 403; for mid-size groups the 36-seat Temsa and the 28-seat Isuzu Novo Ultra. Small groups are well served by the 20-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the 13-seat Toyota Hiace and the 8-seat Mercedes-Benz Vito.
