Azerbaijan's most beautiful places are only a few hours from Baku. The forests of Gabala, the old town of Sheki, the mountain villages of Guba and Gusar, the coast of Lankaran — all of them work well for a day trip. Travelling as a group is both cheaper and more comfortable: nobody has to find the way in their own car, the driver knows the route, and you simply enjoy the trip.

Travel times can vary with road conditions and stops. You can also combine several regions into one route — for example Shamakhi and Ismayilli in one day, or Gabala and Sheki as a two-day tour.

Day trips and multi-day tours

On a day trip the bus leaves Baku in the morning, stays with the group during the day and returns in the evening. You set the programme: lunch, walks, museum visits and photo stops are agreed in advance, and the driver follows the schedule.

On multi-day tours the bus and driver stay with the group for the whole trip. In that case the driver's accommodation and meals are covered by the customer — we include this when calculating the price, so there are no surprises later. Trips that finish the same day have no extra costs.

How we plan the route

In your request, please include:

• the date of the trip and how many days it will last
• the number of passengers
• the places you want to visit
• the pick-up address in Baku

Based on this we plan stops, photo breaks and lunch breaks in advance. If there are children or older passengers in the group, we recommend more frequent breaks — and we build them into the programme.

Which bus fits

For long journeys, coaches are the most comfortable choice: spacious seats, air conditioning and a luggage compartment. Large groups are well served by the 55-seat Mercedes-Benz Travego, the 56-seat Setra 417 HDH and the 48-seat Scania Higer A80; mid-size groups by the 36-seat Temsa and the 28-seat Isuzu Novo Ultra. For groups of up to 20 people there is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and for smaller groups the 13-seat Toyota Hiace and the 8-seat Mercedes-Benz Vito.

Price and terms

The price depends on the distance, the length of the trip and the size of the bus. The driver and fuel are included. If the route and price are agreed in advance, there is no extra payment on the way.

We do not sell individual tickets — the bus is hired as a whole. Trips start from an address in Baku. Payment is by cash or bank transfer, and the booking is secured with a deposit.

Frequently asked questions

Can the route be changed during the trip? The programme is agreed in advance and the price is based on it. If you need to add a destination, it is better to agree it with us beforehand rather than with the driver on the road.

What is the minimum group size? There is no minimum. A small family group can take an 8-seat minibus; a large group can take a 56-seat coach.

Do you work with travel agencies on a regular basis? Yes. For tours repeated throughout the season, the price is agreed separately.
